Catarinaaaaaaaa.

One of my favorite places to visit while in Nicaragua is an overlook called Catarina. You can see Granada, and the Volcano, Mumbochu from there; as well as Lake Nicaragua. 

It's absolutely gorgeous and serene!

South Africa, Photo Diary (5)

Another amazing thing I got to do was visit  the Pretoria Zoo, the largest zoo in South Africa! I loved seeing all the animals, some of which are hard to really see in the states like this! I LOVE animals, so this was such a fun thing to do.

Well, guys that sums up my photo diaries of my time spent in South Africa. I enjoyed every moment of it, from helping with a clothing drive for the poor, to seeing lions in action, to petting a giraffe--every moment was so memorable. I was there staying and helping an incredible family who is doing so much for the poor of South Africa, the Fandler family. South Africa, Photo Diary (4)

I spent one of my last afternoons in South Africa, at a place called Moyo--and it was quite the experience to say the least. I had some of the yummiest food I've ever eaten, enjoyed live music, and got my face painted! It was a blast!

I got to climb a mountain,and look out over the city of Pretoria, South Africa as well as Dewilt! It was gorgeous, and such a fun experience, with the loveliest of people.

South Africa, Photo Diary (2)

One of the greatest privileges I had while in South Africa, was visiting the Apartheid Museum. When I was in 5th grade I chose to do one of my reports on this issue, and every since its been something I resonate with, as well it marked my absolute love and respect for Nelson Mandela.

All of those quotes from Nelson Mandela are so profound! I hope they inspired you as much as they inspired me.
